I have played and recorded all styles of music with all kinds of folks & tools for the past 22 years. From HD2 ProTools rigs to 48 track analog tape recording on large format analog consoles , 4 track portastudio cassett and mini disk. I even tried building an Edison wax cylinder (that didnt work out to well,back to the drawing board!) Decca trees with vintage ribbons to 1 mic in a live setting. Did I mention I build custom microphones for my personal use? I have built whole custom string sections for projects for that unique world sound. Vintage drum sets, orchestral tympani and custom built African drums are but a few pieces I have used in my arsenal. I like to be individual,in all approaches to life and music is the one I hold in the highest regards!

I truly enjoy working with singer~songwriters,helping them build their ideas and artistic vision into reality. Along the projects path we tend to learn a few things by mixing ideas, arrangements and instruments that might not have been in the projects cross~sights. Clients tend to feel apart of the process when the producer/studio folks play the music they are producing, talk with the clients not at them, of their ideas and understands the type of music and artistic vision that is the project underhand.Each client and project is unique and takes a dedicated individual with open idea, hands on experience and the knowledge to implement these in to a cohesive experience.
Building instruments and sounds into projects and that music into the artists vision, I build, play and explore all instruments in all genres, creating unique music and sound~art. My approach is to record live to tape either being a singer and guitarist or vibes and drums etc. and build from that organic process. By layering these tracks in this way the music feels more real, band like.I do the same when adding session work to your home studio vocals and guitar or piano and violin.....what have you. I add them with your vision in mind.I do add my ideas and you have the option to choose what you would like the instrumentation to be.
Session work includes any instrument recorded with 3 versions for you to choose from. My friends offer their musical prowess on many unique instruments and all genres. Give a call or drop an email on over and lets talk about your ideas.
